Revenue Services Division


Customers can view their bill and check their account balance without incurring a service fee below.




To view your account balance, you will need to access the Paymentus link above. Once you are logged in, click on the “View” link under the “Action” tab to view your bill.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 581-3308.


This department is responsible to the Finance Director for billing and collecting service charges, fees and assessments. The division is also responsible for reading water meters daily on a cycle schedule, installation of small water meters for new accounts, removing water meters on delinquent accounts, performing after hour meter turn-ons, and trouble-shooting billing complaints. The division is organized into two branches: Revenue Collections and Field Services. The main tasks of the division are centered on billing and collecting charges for water, refuse and sewer services, and receipt of revenue payable to the city.

Revenue Services supports Water Billing/Accounts for residential and commercial businesses.

Water Billing/Accounts* handles setting up new or renewing water accounts, turning on and/or off water services, and any questions about your billing. When setting up accounts, a minimum of $95.00, based on the consumption from the new address, is required for deposit, plus a $20.00 connection charge. A picture ID and Social Security number are also required. Also, this section issues construction meters and sells all sizes of water meters for new construction and/or sprinkler systems.
